As a Consumer Care Agent at JOCKEY ,you'llhave the opportunity to work for a globally recognized brand in our corporate Contact Centerlocatedin Kenosha, WI . This role entailsassistingour consumers in placing product orders via phonewhile providing exceptional customer support. After a 2-week training period, you will work a schedule determined in the interview process. Training: 2 weeks, Mon-Thursday, 8:00a.m. - 4:30p.m. Shifts after Training: Saturdays required, as well as Mondays and/or Fridays (minimum of 2 days). 6–8-hour shifts (times TBD) Hours of operation: M-F: 7:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m./ Saturday- Sunday: 9:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. Location: For onboarding and training, you will start atourcorporate office in Kenosha. After training, you will workremotelyor on a hybrid schedule.
