Associate Attorney - Workers Compensation

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with 1-4 years of litigation experience to join its Workers' Compensation Department in Mt. Laurel, NJ. This role offers the opportunity to litigate a variety of workers' compensation claims across multiple industries.

Duties

Litigate workers' compensation claims involving complex issues.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative defense strategies.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements

1-4 years of litigation experience.
Strong analytical and writing skills.
Excellent research and communication abilities.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.

Skills

Proficiency in legal research and writing.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
