SALES REPRESENTATIVE

MCI Careers is hiring Contact Center Sales Representatives to join our performance-driven Sales & Business Development team. In this fast-paced role, you will handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, uncover customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales for leading global brands. You'll use modern CX and CRM tools, follow clear performance metrics, and receive ongoing training, coaching, and feedback. Ideal candidates are goal-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrive in a results-focused, team-based contact center environment with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
Meet or exceed sales, conversion, and quality KPIs
Use CRM and contact center tools to document interactions and manage leads
Follow scripts, compliance guidelines, and call flows
Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to improve performance
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and quality monitoring
Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed
