Corporate Recruiter

Corporate Hospitality Services is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to run full-cycle hiring across multiple business functions in an onsite role in Irving, TX. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and extending offers. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles. Post and manage requisitions on job boards , the company website , and social media channels. Partner with hiring managers to create accurate job postings and interview guides . Conduct pre-employment screenings in line with company policy and applicable laws. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Run initial phone screens to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Deliver timely, professional candidate communication throughout the recruiting process. Ensure hiring practices are consistent, fair, and aligned with EEOC guidelines . Support onboarding through ADP or a designated HRIS , ensuring new hire paperwork and required compliance forms are completed. Coordinate orientation schedules and assist with Day 1 readiness . Maintain accurate recruitment records and meet federal, state, and company reporting needs. Serve as a recruiting partner by advising hiring managers on recruitment best practices and workforce planning . Participate in HR meetings to share updates on recruiting activity, metrics, and trends. Build relationships with local workforce agencies , community groups, and schools to support talent pipelines. Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill , cost-per-hire , and turnover . Recommend and implement improvements to recruitment processes. Stay current on industry trends, labor market changes, and competitive recruiting practices. Requirements 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in hospitality , manufacturing , or service industries. Proven ability to manage multiple openings with strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite . Applicant tracking system familiarity, with ADP preferred . Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is required .
