Our client is a forward-thinking CPA firm that works with business owners and individuals throughout the region. They have a defined track to Partner and a supportive team that works together in the office and on a hybrid schedule.
About the Opportunity
- Prepare and review returns for S-Corps, partnerships, C-Corps, and individual clients
- Deliver general accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll support to a varied client base
- Partner closely with firm leadership while mentoring and growing junior staff
- Be part of a team that rewards strong effort and promotes from within
- Keep a flexible schedule that respects your time outside of work
Background Requirements
- 5+ years of tax experience with a CPA firm
- EA (Enrolled Agent) required
- CPA license preferred
Compensation and Benefits
- $120,000 to $150,000 base salary plus bonus potential, based on experience
