HR Systems Analyst

Providing production support for HR technology deployment, the part-time HR Technology Analyst will assist with application and user support, perform systems administration, and contribute to project-related activities in an onsite role in Philadelphia, PA. Key responsibilities Manage production support for HR technology applications, including troubleshooting and resolving common issues Assist in business requirements analysis and develop functional specifications for new capabilities Execute user acceptance testing and create user documentation, including operational guides and HR reports Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred 2 to 4 years of experience in a Human Resources or Information Technology environment Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Access and MS Excel Experience with database, report-writing, and data analysis Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently
