Responsibilities The purpose of the Facilities Project Manager position is to manage and oversee all Credit Union capital construction projects from $5K to $3M+ while ensuring effective functionality of new and existing facilities. This position requires a significant degree of problem‑solving in order to directly be responsible for budgets, permits, schedules, bidding processes, contract selection and construction oversight. This role is expected to set objectives for the projects assigned and provide direction to other departments and stakeholders as necessary. The Facilities Project Manager manages construction planning, vendor invoicing, banking equipment orders & install, signage, furniture and accessories. This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education and location.
