Rotationalschedule based on operational needs. Requirements: Active Paramedic Certification in the state of employment. Minimumof 3 years of paramedic field experience in a busy 911/pre-hospitalservice (5 years preferred). Currentcertifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP andinstructor certifications preferred). FP-Ccertification within24 months of hire. Flightor transport experience preferred. Successfulcompletion of the Medical Group education/orientation program. Bachelor'sdegree in a healthcare-related field preferred. Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills, including verbal clarity in person andover the phone. Basiccomputer skills for electronic charting, email, and reporting. Abilityto pass a pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam (strength andflexibility assessment, including lifting up to 100 pounds), drug screening,and background check.
