Position Details: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Location: Richmond, TX Openings: 1 Salary Range: Description: Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team. The LVN provides direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and supports daily clinical operations while ensuring quality patient care, safety, and compliance with all regulatory standards. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to RN or provider Assist with assessments, vital signs, and clinical procedures Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR/clinical systems Support infection control and safety protocols Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education Maintain compliance with HIPAA, AHCA, and company policies Required Qualifications Active LVN license in the State of Texas Current CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical documentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong communication and patient care skills Additional Qualifications Experience in PPEC / Pediatric nursing care Experience with EMR systems Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs as needed Ability to assist with patient transfers and mobility Why Join Us?
