We believe direct client interaction keeps our clinical skills sharp and strengthens treatment outcomes. What You’ll Do Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to clients as clinically appropriate. Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Analyze data and make timely treatment plan modifications. Conduct caregiver training to promote generalization and long‑term success. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet payer requirements. Participate in team meetings and contribute to our positive, supportive culture. What We’re Looking For Current BCBA certification in good standing. Licensed (or license eligible) in Texas. Strong clinical decision‑making and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. A passion for providing compassionate, ethical, and evidence‑based ABA services.
