Join Manual Edge Physiotherapy, founded in 2009 with locations in Colorado Springs and Monument, where exceptional patient care meets clinical autonomy. Built around a true one-on-one care model, Manual Edge gives clinicians the time and space to deliver the quality of care their patients deserve. Our clinicians treat in private rooms with 50–55 minute visits, averaging approximately 9 patients per day, allowing you to focus on meaningful patient outcomes - not volume.

We are seeking an experienced Pelvic Health Physical Therapist who is passionate about specialty care and wants to be part of a collaborative, close-knit team. • Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Previous Pelvic Health Physical Therapy experience required.

Compensation: : $85K-90K + $10K Sign On Bonus + average less than 9 patients per day, and 1:1 treatment model! Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match. 4 day work week option available!
