Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Multimodality Tech (CT/X-Ray) to perform advanced imaging procedures in an acute care hospital setting. The role involves operating CT and X-ray equipment, supporting emergency room operations, and ensuring patient safety and image quality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including CT and X-ray, following established protocols.
• Prepare patients for imaging tests, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Document procedures accurately in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with medical staff to deliver timely and accurate images for diagnosis.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and complete required badges and certifications.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 1 year of recent experience as a multimodality tech in a similar setting.
• Hold ARRT (CT) (R) and SCRQSA (CT) (R) certifications.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Hold a valid South Carolina license or demonstrate the ability to obtain one.
• Provide a radiation badge before start date.
• Be able to work night shifts (7 p.m. - 7 a.m.) and weekends as scheduled.
