Family Medicine Assistant Program Director

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated family medicine core faculty member to join our 7-7-7 Community-Based/University-Affiliated Family Medicine Residency Program located in Canton, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

Train residents and medical students.
Develop, assess, and update the residency curriculum.
Deliver high-quality outpatient care within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting.
Supervise on our inpatient teaching service approximately 6-7 times each year.
Engage in scholarly activities to contribute to the field.

Our organization serves a diverse patient population across various environments, including inpatient care, outpatient services at an FQHC, local health departments, and migrant health clinics. Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Valid medical license to practice in Ohio.
Experience in prenatal care is preferred.
