Torches cut clean edges, grinders prep joints, and your arc brings components together—first pass, then cap—until a rugged assembly stands square and true. Quality checks confirm every bead and dimension. The shop stays tidy, the workflow safe, and the work speaks for itself.

• Execute Stick Welding (SMAW) and Structural MIG Welding (GMAW)
• Weld and fabricate heavy steel components and multi‑part assemblies
• Fit, lay out, cut, and grind materials to prepare joints and edges
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized work area

• 10+ years of hands‑on SMAW and structural GMAW experience
• Background in heavy steel fabrication (preferred)
• Fluency with welding symbols and blueprint interpretation
• Strong fabrication and fit‑up capabilities
• Proficiency welding in multiple positions
• Meticulous attention to detail and uncompromising quality standards
