National Sales Manager
Digital Resource | West Palm Beach, FL | Full-Time
$65,000 – $75,000 base | $150,000+ OTE

Digital Resource is a full-service digital marketing agency with over a decade of helping businesses grow across the country. We're at a point in our growth where sales is the lever that changes everything, and we need the right person to pull it.

This role is for someone who has sold digital marketing services before, knows what it takes to earn a client's trust, and doesn't need a playbook to get started.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll own new business development from the first conversation to the signed contract. That means prospecting, building relationships, and closing. You stand on your own without a team under you to delegate to. You'll work directly with our CEO and have real visibility into where the company is going.

Travel is part of the job. Meeting prospects in person, attending industry events, and representing Digital Resource nationally are expected.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum 2-3 years of experience selling digital marketing services, such as SEO, paid media, web, and social media.
• A proven track record in lead generation, including sourcing your own prospects.
• Someone comfortable with cold calling. This is an expectation of the role, not an occasional ask.
• A track record of hitting targets without being hand-held.
• Someone who can have a credible, substantive conversation with a business owner about their marketing.
• Someone who is comfortable managing their own pipeline and clearly reporting on it.
• Someone willing and able to travel as the role requires.

The Compensation
Base salary between $65,000 and $75,000, with an OTE of $150,000+. Your commission is uncapped. What you close is what you earn.
