We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Restaurant Cleaner / Facilities Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of the restaurant during evening hours.

Responsibilities include:

• Clean and maintain the entire restaurant, including dining areas, floors, entrances, and common areas
• Clean, sanitize, and restock all guest and employee bathrooms
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, fixtures, furniture, and other areas throughout the restaurant
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors as needed
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining kitchen areas and other back-of-house spaces as assigned
• Empty trash and ensure trash areas remain clean and organized
• Monitor the restaurant throughout the shift and address spills, messes, and other cleaning needs as they arise
• Maintain a consistently clean, sanitary, and presentable environment for guests and staff
• Complete routine closing and cleaning tasks to help ensure the restaurant is ready for the following business day
• Follow proper cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Perform other general cleaning and facility upkeep duties as needed

Ideal Candidate:

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, sweeping, and mopping
• Previous restaurant, housekeeping, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
