Associate Attorney

Key Responsibilities:
• Work directly with firm partners on complex corporate and real estate transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate and commercial agreements, including:
o Entity formation and governance documents
o Mergers and acquisitions
o Joint ventures and strategic partnerships
o Financing and lending transactions
• Prepare and negotiate real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and
related transactional materials
• Advise clients on business strategy, risk management, and transactional structuring
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on corporate and real estate issues
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice


Required Qualifications:
• Experience practicing corporate and transactional law at a law firm
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar and in good standing
• Demonstrated experience handling corporate transactions and real estate matters
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Strong presentation and client-facing abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects across different practice areas
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• High level of professionalism, initiative, and work ethic
