Extensive experience in digital product management with a proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-market or international platform products from strategy through scaled launch. Expertise in developing and governing complex product roadmaps spanning multiple business lines, geographies, and regulatory environments. Deep understanding of cross-border commerce, localization, identity and authentication systems, and market-specific compliance requirements. Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to align senior leadership and cross-functional teams across geographies on high-stakes product decisions. Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive mass adoption, including customer migration planning and adoption nudge frameworks. Proficiency in integrating customer insights, competitive analysis, and business strategy to define product vision in ambiguous, high-complexity environments.
