SLP Role:
As a Speech and Language Pathologist you will assess, plan, and deliver treatment for patients facing challenges with communication, cognition, or swallowing. This full-time role primarily involves pediatric outpatient care, with additional responsibilities in MBSS/IP coverage.

SLP Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and create individualized treatment plans with clear short- and long-term goals.
• Provide effective speech therapy that addresses physical, social, mental, and emotional needs, helping patients improve their quality of life and independence.
• Complete and maintain timely and accurate documentation for speech therapy treatments.
• Collaborate openly with other healthcare providers and ensure respectful, compassionate communication with patients and families.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all relevant regulations, ethical standards, and laws.

SLP Qualifications:

• Active Speech and Language Pathologist license in Ohio
• BLS certification required within 30 days of employment
