Job Description IDS is seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer, for ADG Creative, an IDS subsidiary, to lead user experience strategy, design execution, and team development across complex systems and products. This role is responsible for driving high-quality user‑centered design solutions, establishing UX standards, and mentoring design staff while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Key Duties Lead, manage, and mentor UX designers, providing direction and supporting professional growth Define and communicate UX strategy and vision across a portfolio Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency Facilitate design workshops and sprints to enhance collaboration across teams Conduct user research and develop journey maps, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes Advocate for end‑users by identifying workflows, pain points, and needs Define and refine UX processes, integrating Human‑Centered Design within Agile development Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Master’s degree in a related field OR Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience OR Associate’s degree or High School Diploma with 16 years of experience Minimum 10 years of experience (aligned to the education substitution structure above) Portfolio required Compensation $125,000k - $130,000k Benefits Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position.
