Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist

Radiologic Technologist
Independently make routine radiographic examinations of head, trunk, and extremities for diagnosis of illness or injuries.
Receive patients, explain method of procedure, and position patients.
Make exposures necessary for requested procedures and perform quality control on radiology images.
Set up, adjust, and maintain accessory equipment.
Instruct rotating radiology student technicians in the application of radiographic procedure, concepts, principals, and techniques.
