Job Title: Concrete Finisher

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work alongside our concrete crew, assisting with concrete forms and small concrete pours. This role involves setting up and dismantling concrete forms, performing light demo work, and utilizing various hand tools daily.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and tearing down concrete forms.
• Perform light demolition work.
• Utilize hand tools including power drills, tape measures, hand saws, nail guns, and reciprocating saws.
• Cut materials prior to framing.
• Work on a variety of projects utilizing different skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in construction and commercial construction.
• General labor and concrete finishing skills.
• Ability to perform concrete form work.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a construction jobsite with a team size of 2-5 people. The dress code is casual, and the role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. Working hours are from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, with extended hours during the summer months.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
