Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with procedures

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Monitor and report patient progress, concerns, and symptoms to the RN or physician

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure streamlined and efficient patient care

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including documenting medical histories, test results, and treatment plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs

• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• Current LVN license in the state of Texas

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
