Senior Construction Engineer

Leading the delivery of complex telecommunications network infrastructure projects, the full-time Senior Construction Engineer will manage project planning, execution, and operational handoff while working remotely from the U.S. Key responsibilities Develop and review comprehensive project plans, including delivery phases, resource requirements, and budgets Lead cross-functional teams through project planning and execution, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and coordinate customer and operational handoffs for successful network deployment Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or at least five years of relevant professional experience Knowledge of Outside Plant engineering standards and telecommunications construction methods Experience with aerial and underground telecommunications construction throughout the project life cycle Proven ability to lead vendors, contractors, or cross-functional project teams Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project, along with experience using mapping applications
