Lead Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary Brisk Health delivers quality healthcare directly to patients in the comfort of their own homes via the Brisk Health app. We are seeking Nurse Practitioners (full or part-time) to join our service for an immediate start. Responsibilities Provide patient care in home settings, treating a variety of urgent care needs. Work in pairs with a trained EMT assistant to drive and support patient visits. Utilize Brisk Health’s mobile platform, call center, and support team to deliver efficient care. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all clinical and administrative requirements. Qualifications At least 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience in the ED, urgent care, or family practice. Current unrestricted state licensure as a nurse practitioner. National board‑certified and current BLS/ACLS certification. Prescriptive authority; DEA/EDS experience preferred. Spanish speaking is a plus. Benefits Competitive remuneration.
