This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and nurturing environment, helping to provide the best possible care and education for young children. 12:00pm - 6:00pm Responsibilities: Assist with closing procedures and ensure all administrative tasks are completed Answer phone calls and greet parents and visitors Assist with billing and enrollment paperwork Support the school's leadership team with various office tasks Maintain a clean and organized office space Requirements: Previous office or administrative experience Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Passion for working with children and families About Us: Primrose School of Leesburg at Potomac Station is a premier early education and childcare provider in Leesburg, VA.
