Clinical Project Manager

Leading the operational execution of oncology clinical trials, the remote permanent Oncology Project Manager will serve as the primary contact for sponsors, ensuring studies are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities Direct Phase I-III oncology clinical trials from study start-up through database lock and closeout activities Act as the primary sponsor contact, providing strategic oversight, study updates, risk mitigation plans, and issue resolution Manage cross-functional teams across Clinical Operations, Data Management, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Biometrics, and Safety Required qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience within a CRO environment Experience managing oncology clinical trials across Phase I-III studies Proven experience with financial oversight, study budgeting, and forecasting Prior involvement in bid defenses and collaboration with business development teams Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Clinical Research, or a related scientific discipline
