Relationship Banker Business Specialist

As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist at the Preston Campbell Branch in Dallas, TX, you will work collaboratively to promote an inclusive workplace culture and deliver a superior customer experience. Responsibilities Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue. Lead and collaborate with ecosystem partners to achieve business results. Generate proactive leads and appointments inside and outside the branch. Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. Manage lead generation and referral processes, leveraging bank product knowledge to grow share of wallet. Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a COI, engaging partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage. Identify resources best suited to meet client needs and introduce clients appropriately. Hold partners accountable for updates and referral follow‑up. Use advanced conversation skills to differentiate client experience and address welfare needs. Advocate for clients and prospects across departments, identify trends, and solve problems with urgency. Assist branch team in identifying consumer and business banking opportunities to generate referrals. Engage lobby activities to connect with clients and promote PNC products. Educate clients on options for managing financial transactions through technology and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to mitigate and resolve customer problems, driving loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion. Qualifications University/college degree (or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience); less than 1 year of professional experience. Knowledge and skills in banking, client loyalty, customer experience, technology utilization, proactive sales, prospecting, and understanding customer needs. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment. Strong communication and effective interpersonal skills. Proficiency in banking products and business acumen. Understanding of Customer Needs and Ability to Articulate Solutions. Military service considered if applicable.
