Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized, empathetic care for clients navigating Alzheimer's and various stages of dementia.
• Assist with essential daily living activities (ADLs), including dignified bathing, personal hygiene, and routine brief changes/incontinence care.
• Utilize advanced mobility skills, including safe transfers using Hoyer lifts and gait belts.
• Manage light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and provide reliable transportation to local appointments.
• Accurately document and communicate changes in client health or physical condition.

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For: Prior hands-on experience with dementia care, Hoyer lifts, and comprehensive personal care is highly preferred. You must be deeply reliable, punctual, possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, a dependable vehicle, and be able to pass a background check.
