This psychiatric hospital provides medical services to a patient population requiring both physical health oversight and behavioral health care. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and a multidisciplinary behavioral health support team to support quality care delivery. Clinicians are expected to integrate medical management into the broader treatment framework of the facility.

The Internal Medicine physician will provide medical services to a psychiatric patient population Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Clinical responsibilities include conducting history and physical examinations on intake, managing medication, and addressing acute medical issues as they arise. The clinician will work collaboratively with a full behavioral health support team, including a psychiatrist, psychologist, APP staff, and RN. Prescriptive authority is required for this assignment.
