We are looking for a Customer Service/Quality Control Representative to support day-to-day client communication and service operations in Encino, California. This Long-term Contract to Hire position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced call center setting and can deliver attentive, detail-oriented assistance across phone and email channels. The person in this role will help manage customer inquiries, maintain accurate records, and ensure a smooth experience from initial contact through resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls promptly, providing clear information and courteous support for a wide range of service needs.

• Handle both inbound and outbound phone interactions to address questions, confirm details, and follow up on pending requests.

• Enter customer information, service updates, and order details into internal records with a high level of accuracy.

• Manage email correspondence by replying to inquiries, sharing updates, and directing issues to the appropriate teams when needed.

• Assist with order processing activities, including reviewing submitted information and completing order entry tasks correctly.

• Coordinate and schedule appointments based on customer needs, availability, and established service procedures.

• Use VoIP phone platforms and standard office software to manage communications and document customer activity efficiently.

• Support daily call center operations by tracking interactions, maintaining organized files, and helping ensure timely service completion.

• Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment with a strong focus on inbound phone support. Technical customer service experience is preferred.

• Ability to communicate professionally by phone and email while maintaining a helpful and solutions-oriented approach.

• Strong data entry skills with careful attention to detail and accuracy in customer and order records.

• Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume service setting.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for documentation, tracking, and basic reporting tasks.

• Familiarity with order entry, appointment scheduling, and general administrative support responsibilities.

• Comfort using VoIP systems and other phone-based communication tools to manage customer interactions effectively.
