11-7 RN Supervisor (Mon-Fri)

Resorts of Augsburg is looking for an 3-11, RN Supervisor , Monday- Friday Job Responsibilities Directs daily operations within assigned unit, ensuring adherence to nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Maintains and enhances residents' overall health and well-being on a day-to-day basis. Formulates and executes individualized care plans for residents as necessary. Assess, prioritize, and fulfill the unique care requirements of each resident. Provides supervision, guidance, and performance management to nursing staff to uphold superior care standards. Collaborates with the Director of Nursing and medical professionals to strategize and sustain optimal resident care. Identifies procedural challenges and collaborates with the Director of Nursing to implement effective solutions. Supervises and guides all clinical aspects of nursing practice, actively participating in clinical tasks. Serves as a primary liaison between residents, their families, and the facility, proactively addressing and mitigating concerns. Conducts audits and fulfills administrative duties such as charting, evaluations, and completing medical forms. Qualifications Active RN license in MD Previous nursing administration experience in a long-term care setting is preffered being able to multi-task, delegate, and follow-up with the nursing staff under your direction #J-18808-Ljbffr
