Safety Manager

We're looking for a Senior Safety Manager who can confidently lead from both the office and the field—someone who can coach, mentor, influence, and hold teams accountable while building a world‑class safety culture. This isn't just another safety role—it's an opportunity to help grow a department, develop future leaders, and make a lasting impact across multiple high‑profile electrical construction projects! Based in Apopka, FL (Regional Travel Throughout Florida) Ability to travel throughout Florida with occasional overnight stays. Electrical Construction experience REQUIRED. OSHA 500 Certification Required. NFPA 70E Certification Required. 5+ years of Construction Safety experience. Previous leadership experience managing Safety Managers or Safety Coordinators. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and electrical safety standards. Experience with safety reporting, audits, inspections, and incident investigations. Proficient with Microsoft Office and safety management software. CSP, ASP, or CHST certifications are a plus! Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred! Drive safety culture across multiple electrical construction projects throughout Florida. Lead and mentor a team of Safety Managers (with plans to grow the team). Lead incident investigations and corrective action plans. Ensure OSHA and NFPA 70E compliance across all projects. Conduct jobsite audits, inspections, and risk assessments. Develop and improve safety programs, policies, and procedures. Track safety metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Serve as the safety leader during emergency or after‑hours incidents when needed. Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Leadership.
