This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Direct Response Copywriter based in the United States.
This role is focused on crafting high-conversion messaging that directly drives measurable business outcomes for growth-focused clients in the childcare marketing space. You will write persuasive copy across ads, landing pages, email, SMS, and video scripts designed to convert parents into booked tours and enrollments. Working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, you’ll collaborate closely with strategists, designers, and creative teams to launch and iterate campaigns quickly. Your writing will play a central role in shaping campaign performance and scaling client results. This is an opportunity for a copywriter who thrives on testing, optimization, and accountability for real-world conversions.
Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing direct response copy across multiple channels, ensuring messaging is consistently optimized for conversion and aligned with campaign strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life and continuously refine messaging based on performance insights.
- Write conversion-focused copy for Meta ads, Google ads, landing pages, email, SMS, and video scripts
- Develop compelling hooks, offers, and messaging frameworks that drive immediate action
- Create multiple copy variations to support A/B testing and performance optimization
- Collaborate with strategists, designers, and videographers to launch integrated campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance insights and translate data into improved messaging strategies
- Adapt tone and messaging across multiple brands and client accounts in a fast-moving environment
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings strong direct response copywriting experience with a proven ability to write persuasive, high-converting content across multiple formats and industries. You are comfortable working quickly, iterating based on data, and taking full ownership of your output in an agency environment.
- Proven experience in direct response copywriting with a strong conversion focus
- Ability to write high-performing hooks, offers, and CTAs that drive action
- Experience writing across ads, landing pages, email, SMS, and video scripts
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and performance marketing principles
- Comfortable managing multiple brands and projects simultaneously
- Highly proactive, fast-moving, and accountable in a results-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with creative and strategy teams
