Starting pay begins at $17.00 per hour during training.

Responsibilities

• Execute Chick-fil-A operational procedures with a servant-minded approach for our guests
• Demonstrate knowledge of brand promotions and products
• Execute opening and/or closing procedures for the restaurant
• Oversee and assist the team in daily operations
• Delegate tasks appropriately to support business needs
• Model clear communication and maintain a positive attitude
• Handle cash and execute cash management procedures
• Effectively lead and manage a team
• Coach, teach, and train Team Members on policies and procedures
• Foster a positive work environment for all team members

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work quickly while remaining efficient and thorough
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Treat others with honor, dignity, and respect
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects as needed
