Litigation Assistant

Overview Legal Assistant | $60-80k | 3+ years | Real Estate and Business Litigation | Hybrid schedule opportunity. We are a San Diego–based law firm that represents businesses and individuals in a range of complex legal matters, with a focus on litigation. Our team is collaborative, practical, and committed to delivering thoughtful legal solutions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with day-to-day litigation support Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence Manage and organize case files (electronic and physical) Perform e-filing and assist with court-related deadlines Coordinate calendars, deadlines, and scheduling Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed Qualifications 1+ years of litigation experience strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate strongly preferred About the Firm and Environment Small, team-oriented environment where contributions are valued.
