Plant Human Resources Manager

Prequel Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Plant Manager for a large-scale manufacturing organization in the New Iberia, LA. This role will serve as the primary HR leader for a fast-paced manufacturing site, partnering closely with site leadership while managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, and HR team development. The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing or high-volume operations experience, proven employee relations expertise, and the confidence to advise leaders, handle complex workplace issues, and support a demanding frontline workforce. This is a hands‑on HR leadership role for someone who wants visibility, impact, and the ability to help strengthen and stabilize a growing operation.
