Diabetes Education Dietitian (RD) & DSMT Specialist

You will educate patients on diabetes management, evaluate their dietary needs, and collaborate with healthcare teams. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Nutrition, has 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, and is bilingual in English/Spanish.
