SSM Health Medical Group Executive Health Provider – Physician (Full-Time, Outpatient)

Join a high-impact, concierge-style Executive Health practice, consisting of one full-time, one part-time, and two PRN physicians, that supports the wellness of leaders and the frontline teams who serve our communities. This role is 100% outpatient and built for physicians who want meaningful, focused patient interactionswithout the traditional primary care inbox burden.

2. No long-term panel ownership minimize inbox volume, refill management, and ongoing panel maintenance.
3. Team-based model strong clinical and operational support so physicians can practice at the top of their license.

SSM Health Executive Health provides:

• Annual first responder physicals (serving >75% of fire departments and paramedics in the metro area) 
• Immigration physicals (immigrants seeking their visa)
• Concierge-style executive health exams for C-suite leaders 

How the schedule flows:

• First responders: crews scheduled in 3–4 hour blocks, including comprehensive testing, fitness evaluations, and physician consultation
• Executive concierge physicals: typically scheduled in 3-hour blocks
• Physicians alternate scheduled days between three offices during the week : SSM Health DePaul Hospital , SSM Health St. Clare Hospital – Fenton , and Wentzville  

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform annual first responder physicals, including review of testing, fitness evaluation results, and physician consultation
• Conduct immigration physicals for immigrants seeking visa requirements 
• Deliver concierge-style executive health exams for C-suite leaders with a high-touch, white glove experience

Qualifications:

• Board eligible/board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (or aligned training/experience)
• Required: Obtain CDL and Civil Servant certifications expenses reimbursed by the practice
