Lead our local insurance initiatives in Cumberland by building deep, meaningful connections within the community.

Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their protection plans stay relevant as their lives and businesses evolve.

Mentor and support junior staff members to foster a culture of shared learning and collective success.

Develop and execute local outreach strategies that help neighbors understand the true value of their coverage.

Evaluate complex client needs to provide tailored, thoughtful recommendations that offer real peace of mind.

Maintain accurate records and ensure our agency continues to uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

Current Resident Producer License for Life and Health insurance in Maryland.

Three or more years of experience managing insurance portfolios or leading sales initiatives.

Deep understanding of policy structures and risk assessment.

Strong comfort level with public speaking and community networking.

Expertise in navigating industry-standard insurance software and client management databases.

Clear, empathetic communication style that helps people feel secure.
