Our mission is simple: help clients protect their retirement income and move forward with confidence through clear, safety-first planning strategies. We are actively featured on radio, TV, and national media and are continuing to expand our reach across Florida. We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who wants to plug into a real marketing engine—radio, workshops, and direct response—and help drive growth. Role Overview This is a hands-on role focused on driving appointments and supporting firm growth. You’ll be directly involved in executing marketing campaigns, coordinating events/workshops, and helping convert interest into scheduled meetings. Key Responsibilities Event & Workshop Marketing (Core Focus) Coordinate retirement workshops and client events from start to finish Manage invitations (mail, email, radio leads), RSVPs, and confirmations Support on-site event execution and post-event follow-up Help ensure events translate into booked appointments Assist with ongoing radio and media-driven marketing campaigns Coordinate with vendors (mail houses, media partners, etc.) Support email and digital campaigns to nurture prospects Track results and help improve performance over time CRM & Appointment Flow Manage CRM campaigns, drip sequences, and follow-ups Help maintain a clean and organized client/prospect database Support appointment-setting efforts tied to marketing campaigns What Success Looks Like Workshops are full, organized, and efficiently executed Marketing campaigns consistently produce qualified appointments The advisor’s calendar stays full from marketing activity Systems and follow-up processes run smoothly without constant oversight What We’re Looking For 1–4 years of experience in marketing, events, or coordination Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment Experience with CRM systems, email marketing, or event planning is a plus Why Join Osprey?
