Shift lead (Manager on Duty) is the representative of the Manager when the Park Manager is not in the building.Shift Lead ResponsibilitiesThe Shift Lead must lead by example and must first meet all of the requirements for Ground Crew to the highest standard of performance. In addition, the Shift lead responsibilities are as follows:Duties and ResponsibilitiesWhen opening facility ensure all staff has arrived, assign staff to various opening dutiesWhen closing facility assign staff to various closing duties, ensure all assignments are done to company standards, complete a security check of facility looking for anyone who may be Ensure all doors are secured, money accounted for and placed in safe.Assist customers throughout the facilityRespond calmly and professionally to any injuryAble to stay calm when dealing with a stressful situationQualifications and RequirementsWillingness to work as a teamAbility to understand all aspects of Fly Trampoline Park employee handbook and park rules and act in accordance with established policies and proceduresMust be able to communicate clearly with managers but especially with guestsBe able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 poundsBe able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
