Concrete Laborer

General Laborer - Auburn, ME

$21-$27/hour + Weekly Pay and Benefits | 7a - 330p |

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll help restore and repair concrete and masonry structures while gaining valuable experience in the trades. Daily responsibilities include:

• Mixing, pouring, and placing concrete on restoration projects
• Assisting with concrete patching, repair, and finishing work
• Chipping concrete and removing old coatings during renovation projects
• Supporting masons with material handling and site preparation
• Operating and working around power tools, heavy equipment, and construction machinery
• Loading, unloading, and transporting materials throughout the jobsite
• Performing general labor tasks to keep projects moving efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Assisting with jobsite setup, cleanup, and debris removal

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Experience in concrete work, construction labor, or related trades
• Ability to safely use power tools and construction equipment
• Experience working with concrete forms, rebar, or restoration projects
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions

Preferred:

• Experience in heavy construction, masonry, bricklaying, or concrete finishing
• OSHA-10 Certification (or willingness to obtain it)
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

This is an active, outdoor construction role that requires lifting, carrying materials, and working with tools and equipment in various weather conditions. Safety is our top priority, and we provide the training, guidance, and protective equipment needed to help you succeed.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Auburn, ME.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
