Server Assistant

Description:
Server Assistants work with Servers, Greeters and Management to provide our guests with a superior experience. You are expected at all times to maintain your assigned area in a visually appealing and service ready manner.

Requirements:
• Upon guest departure, remove all remaining dishes, glassware, silverware and napkins from table and return to dish area for cleaning.
• Sanitize all table tops, chairs and booths.
• Reset tables according to specifications.
• Assist in the set up and break down of banquets and special events.
• Promptly clean all spills in a timely manner.
• Assist servers in maintaining the cleanliness of their sections.
• Inspect assigned restrooms every 30 minutes. Clean and restock as needed.
• Complete all opening and closing cleaning duties as assigned.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by your direct supervisor or manager.

Additional Info:
• Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 12 hours).
• Be able to safely lift and maneuver trays of food weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Be able to bend and reach repetitively.
• Be willing to follow direction and ask questions for clarification if needed.
• Be able to work in a fast paced high volume restaurant environment.
