Data Entry Specialist

This is an in-office administrative role focused on processing manual payroll checks, including printing, sealing, and preparing checks for distribution.

The Payroll Processing Associate will process manual check requests using internal systems and communicate with internal and external contacts to ensure employees are paid accurately.

• Process manual payroll check requests.
• Print, seal, and prepare payroll checks for distribution.
• Work with Time and Labor and other internal web-based applications.
• Handle payroll data confidentially.
• Communicate effectively regarding payroll-related issues.
• Review and analyze payroll information and management statements.
• Use 10-key calculator and keyboard efficiently with a high level of accuracy.
• Support both union and non-union wage plans; training will be provided.
• Work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
• Be available for occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs.
• Demonstrate reliability, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
