Delivery Driver – Hayward, CA $17/hr + Tips ($24–$26/hr avg total compensation) Garden of Eden is hiring Delivery Drivers for our Hayward location. This is a compliance-driven role responsible for safe, timely cannabis deliveries in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Compensation & Perks: $17/hour + pooled tips (average $8–$10/hour additional) Medical, dental, vision (eligible employees) Employee discount What You’ll Do: Safely operate company vehicles and complete assigned delivery routes Deliver orders accurately and on time while following all compliance protocols Verify customer identification and delivery details prior to completion Maintain chain-of-custody, product security, and proper documentation Complete delivery manifests, logs, and required reporting Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections Communicate with dispatch and team members to ensure smooth operations Handle cash transactions and follow all cash-handling procedures Uphold professionalism, discretion, and customer service standards Requirements: Must be 21+ years old Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record Must be able to pass Live Scan background and driving MVR checks Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, and delivery apps Strong time management and reliability in a route-based role Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a field-based environment Preferred: Delivery, courier, or transportation experience Experience in regulated retail environments Cash-handling experience Familiarity with POS or delivery management systems Open and flexible availability (weekends, mornings, evenings, holidays) Apply if you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing customer service with compliance and operational responsibility.
