Your day to day as a Food Runner Join the energetic team at Gunstock Mountain Resort as a Food Runner for the popular Barrel Bar and Grill or Powder Keg! In this vital winter-season role, you will assist bartenders and servers by ensuring the seamless delivery of delicious, freshly prepared meals to our guests. Your primary responsibilities include coordinating with kitchen staff to guarantee timely food preparation, inspecting plates for accuracy before they reach our guests, and effectively communicating with the team to prioritize food orders. You'll also maintain cleanliness and organization in the food expediting area, ensuring a smooth workflow. Plus, you'll assist in restocking supplies as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of our vibrant dining environment. Strong attention to detail is critical when inspecting plates before they reach our guests, ensuring each order meets our high standards.
