Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in School Psychology or a closely related field (required)
• Active New Mexico school psychologist license (required)
• Previous experience working in educational settings, with versatility across elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Excellent communication abilities and collaborative mindset

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct psychological services including assessments, consultations, and short-term counseling to students in a variety of grade levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to identify students’ learning and behavioral needs
• Support students in developing coping strategies, peer relationships, and academic skills
• Consult with parents, teachers, and administrators to promote student success and well-being
• Participate in crisis intervention and response efforts as needed within the school environment
