Job Overview

As a Principal, you will lead teams that execute strategic programs tackling complex, industry‑specific challenges, while deepening knowledge in your area of specialization. You will work directly and closely with clients, building relationships with business and technology leaders in the Lending space.

You will work with the top Fortune 500 Financial Institutions to envision new products, define domain blueprints and roadmaps, redefine experiences and processes, monetize data, modernize payments infrastructure, and drive innovation.

In this role you will leverage industry experience and relationships to bring innovative ideas and insights to life and become an established thought leader in the industry.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry with a strong background in commercial lending, syndication, and loan trading.
• Hands‑on expertise guiding LoanIQ integration projects, driving business and IT workshops, and collaborating to deliver tailored solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Lending and Syndication.
• LoanIQ platform expertise: proven track record as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, and Subject Matter Expert in LoanIQ implementations, migrations, and integrations.
• Solid understanding of LoanIQ functionalities and Loan Operations/Servicing to ensure fit‑for‑purpose platform usage.
• Ability to lead workshops, craft solutions, and coordinate teams.
• Proficient in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification documentation / user stories.
• High analytical and solution‑design skills to assess and address customer requirements.
• Must be NY/NJ Based or willing to relocate to that area.
• Ability to travel as needed (typically up to 4 days/week) to client locations.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• Hands‑on experience delivering business/product transformation initiatives in banking.
• Working knowledge of Design Thinking.
• Additional, nice‑to‑have qualifications: industry certifications and prior delivery of business/product transformation initiatives.

Salary

Estimated annual total compensation (base + bonus) range for candidates based in CA, IL, NJ, WA, and NY will be $154,375 to $193,125.
