This role ensures achievement of key business metrics across safety, people, quality, delivery, and cost, while maintaining a highly efficient and responsive manufacturing operation.Specific Responsibilities:Manage daily operations to achieve business metrics in safety, people quality, delivery, and cost.Set priorities and ensure alignment across production, engineering, quality, and materials to maintain production readiness.Establish and maintain safe and clean work environment for all associates cultivating an environment of behavior-based safety.Monitor KPIs and drive actions to close performance gaps.Ensure consistent execution of standard work, production flow, and operational discipline.Balance resources and adjust priorities to respond to demand changes and operational challenges.Promote employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset while providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure team effectiveness.Drive continuous improvement and process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.Manage day to day production and optimize production flow, work instructions, rates, standards, etc.Support training and development of all employees.Execute additional responsibilities in support of overall business objectives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree business, engineering, or related field required5-10 years direct experience in manufacturing or operationsPrior leadership experience in a production or manufacturing operation preferredP&L responsibility preferredStrong leadership and team development requiredAbility to manage day-to-day operations while driving longer-term improvementsProduction systems and material flow knowledgeLean manufacturing / continuous improvement principles knowledgeEffective communication across all levels of the organizationHigh level of ownership, accountability, and adaptabilityApplicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.The Salary range for this position is $129,150.00-$165,000.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.About UsRehlko proudly offers a rich history steeped in creativity and commitment to our associates and communities, along with competitive benefits and compensation.
